Police model with factory upgrades. 1450cc Twin Cam 88 – now starts and idles smoothly Engine is strong, no smoke, no noise. New battery just installed. ⸻ Still Needs: • No key (ignition currently bypassed) • Broken throttle cable • Clutch lever bent • Gear shift • Some cosmetic wear (paint chips) • Handlebar slightly off • Minor wiring cleanup ⸻ Paperwork: Comes with California lien sale papers from a licensed tow yard.
