Clean, no rips/tears/stains, no odors. Normal wear and some light shading on the seat cushions from regular use (see photos). Easily fixed with a $30–40 professional cleaning or just throw on some blankets/slipcovers if you want it looking brand new. Structurally perfect. Price: ONLY $180 (firm) – this is basically giving it away. Comparable sectionals in this size retail for $1,200–$2,000 new, and even used ones on FB Marketplace/Craigslist usually go for $400–$700.
