I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Nearly every step of the process was mishandled.

- They falsified documents. They signed a delivery approval under my name dated August 19th, even though I didn’t receive the car until August 30th. I never signed or approved that document.

- The odometer statement they gave me was wrong. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct it.

- The shifter was broken and could not drive my car!

- They messed up my title and tax paperwork, failing to note that I had already paid my taxes. Now my state is trying to charge me twice. Which I told them the form they needed to avoid this and they ignored it

- My car was delivered on empty — not even a small amount of gas.

- They claimed my battery tested at 100%, yet within a day it was completely dead at only 10 volts.

- Every time I called for help, it took them over 24 hours to respond — if they responded at all.

This dealership has shown themselves to be careless, unprofessional, and dishonest. I deeply regret doing business with them.

I understand that I purchased a used car and the condition would not be perfect; but I would expect them to be transparent about the condition and the miles. Especially from a luxury dealership.

11-26-24 a Infinity Q70 I bought this vehicle PMW Auto sales in Tacoma, I just got my car out of the shop for blown head gaskets, they told me this car had been completely worked over and nothing was wrong with it. So I asked, why would I get a car? Not even have it 9 months and have to put money into my car. Already the brakes up front has to be replaced. It has to have a tune up and I'm called and asked if they would even just do the tune up for me since I'm paying out-of-pocket for a car that they said was completely redone and nothing was wrong with it.  The salesman sold me bumper to bumper, telling me that I would have nothing out-of-pocket to pay.That was a Lie. So maybe they're employees and they're ought to learn the difference between bumper.The bumper and lying to a  67 year old woman So I have to see if there is a lemon law on this to get my money back and to make sure there's nothing else wrong with my car. I called Brandon the manager and asked him if he could at least do a tune up on my car. Or fix the front brakes that needed to be fixed in the first place. He told me no straight out. This is not a very good car lot to buy cars at as far as I'm concerned and I'll never buy another car there. And I will never refer a person to there and I will put this on my podcast. Repeatedly, just so people know not to buy cars there.

I recently visited pnw luxury cars with the intention of purchasing a Subaru WRX. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to the high-pressure tactics used by the sales staff. The salesperson insisted on having me sign a sheet with a price that I was uncomfortable with and then made a call to the owner, who seemed to become agitated when I didn’t agree on the spot. I was then told that the car would not be available to me if I didn’t purchase it that day. This type of pressure is unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this dealership based on this experience.

In response to the dealership’s reply to my original review, I want to provide clear proof that contradicts their claims:

Document Signing: They stated no documents were falsified. I have the document they submitted with my name and signature dated August 19th, even though I did not receive the vehicle until August 30th and never signed it. This is indisputable evidence. Also the odometer statement being off by 100 miles is not just driving it to get detailed…

Shifter & Battery: They claimed no shifter issue was reported. I have photo/video proof from the day of delivery showing the broken shifter. I did not bother them with it and got it fixed myself. The car was undriveable until repaired. They did not give me a check for the battery when I posted my original review- I did receive the check now.

Sales Tax & Title Paperwork: They implied the issue was on my state’s end. I provided them in advance with the exact form required to show my taxes were already paid. They ignored it, causing unnecessary problems with the BMV. It was a headache and unnecessary.

Communication Claims: They accused me of repeatedly calling and texting staff “at 1am my time.” I have call logs that prove I never once called at those hours.

The dealership’s response attempts to minimize or deflect, but I have verifiable documentation proving my original review is accurate. This experience was dishonest, careless, and unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a Porsche Macan from the guys at PNW Luxury Cars this past Sunday. I submitted an online vehicle availability inquiry late Saturday night after searching their website. James contacted me promptly on Sunday morning. From the time I arrived that afternoon, I was warmly greeted by Devin. He walked me to the vehicle, asked if I had any questions, handed me the key and let me spend as much time checking it out as I wanted. After the solo test drive, I went inside and worked with Carlos on finalizing a deal. From there, James in the finance office took over and I was on my way. These guys are no pressure and not your typical sales people. I would purchase a vehicle from PNW Luxury Cars again without hesitation.
