1994 Itasca Sundancer for sale! This RV is amazing for its age and in very good shape! Strong runner! Has a Ford E350 Chassy 113k low miles on odo Runs amazingly strong, purchased in 2020 for $10k at 60k miles on odo. Have used as a daily driver for majority of that time..very reliable have never had any issues with it mechanichally..have performed routine maintenance checks and repairs. Oil changes religously every 3500 miles fully synthetic..front brakes recently done..rear brakes need to be replaced, catylitic converter was recently stolen however a straight pipe replacement costs less than $60 if you install yourself and no more than $150 if you have a shop repair it for you. Two small rooftop vents need to be replaced for they were damaged when driving under a tree with low hanging branches..costs $20 each..cosmetically it is in pretty decent shape..it has some minor damage here and there but nothing serious..there are no leaks..all doors and windows are sealed tight. Manual windows, heater and a/c work great in both cab and in the rv itself..ac blows cold! 2 Captains chairs, full bathroom with shower sink and toilet, full kitchen with cabinets, stove, double compartment sink,plenty of storage space, cabinets, refrigerator (only works on electric) two bench seat dinette table, converts into bed, plus queen size bed over cab. Very compact and efficiently spaced..22 feet long i believe..can fit in a standard car parking spot which is amazing! I recently moved into an apartment in downtown seattle and no longer can afford to keep my baby!
