Description

For sale is a YAQIN MS-23B Phono Pre-Amp with Lesbox Mod. The Lesbox Mod involves converting the circuitry from the feedback arrangement used by Yaqin (called a Yin Yang circuit) to a straight filter technique using a 3rd tube. BUILD LOG AT BOTTOM OF THIS DESCRIPTION I finished the modification and it sounded great, but it turns out that I'm not a fan of tubes in my preamp; so I put it in storage for a couple months. Upon taking it out storage, the left channel is weaker than the right. I'm not motivated enough to diagnose it. Therefore, it's listed as not working and at a discounted price. I am including all of the original components and tubes, along with the original box and power cord.
