I guess is my turn to tell my experience. I been interested in a 2019 BMW X5 that they have. Told them over the phone that I need it for export as a gift for my mom. They said they can’t do export papers, then I asked if they can transfer it to my friends dealership because he knows how to export, they said yes no problem. Also I asked about the condition of the car, they told me it’s in a show room condition. After all the agreements I put a deposit and took a flight from Seattle to them( that cost me 1000$). When I arrived, show room car transformed to a trash car. Every penel had major scratches and dents which were painted by hand to hide them. Hand rest discolored. When I ran a car fax, every oil change was over due by 5000-7000 miles each time. Car has 82k miles and no one did oil change on that transmission, diffs etc. which had to bee done 22k miles ago according to requirements. But I been told over the phone all the services been done recently. I was like ok, I spent a lot of time flying here, and decided to take the risk and do services myself but negotiated the price for only another 500$. Went to the bank, got the cashier check for a full amount, and when I came back they switched up telling me no we are not selling the car unless it’s transferred to your name. Trying to remind them what we spoke about and why I came here that fur, the owner refused to sell the car at all leaving me with the loss. With the deposit which who know if I’m going to receive back and the fly ticket that I bought for no reason. Definitely regretting dealing with them.  And definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience at Ottomatic Motors. My salesman Marvin was always communicating with me and was easy to reach with questions. He was very attentive and pleasant to work with. When my hometown credit union flaked Ms. DeeDee in finance came in clutch and made it happen.
I definitely recommend this business.

I recently traded a car in. The owner was very sweet and put me in something for a great price. The employee DeeDee was very nice everything done professionally. The environment was very family like. They’re very great people I will refer people!

**BUYER’S BEWARE**BUYER’S BEWARE** I normally don’t even write reviews but I feel as though I couldn’t keep quiet. This is information for potential customers. This car buying experience that I loved at first turned into an absolute nightmare. I have been car shopping and decided to stop by Ottomatic Motors. They have some nice looking cars out there. With my credit I didn’t know if I would be approved or not but decided to TRY to get one from there. I was only looking to put $1500 but was aware that I would need more down or a co-signer. Fast forward a couple of days last Thursday 06/13/24 and Ottomatic got an approval but needed a little more money down. So I ended up putting 2200 down on a 2017 blue Honda accord with only 87,*** miles on it. I had ran the carfax on the vehicle and had saw that the vehicle had been in about 5minor accidents. At least 3-4 times on the passenger side and once in the rear. Because of this I definitely wanted to test drive the vehicle before signing paperwork and I was allowed to do so.  While test driving the vehicle it ended up shaking really bad and I made them aware. They stated that they would have to get it balanced. I ended up signing the paperwork and having to leave to go pick up my daughter while they worked on the car. I came back to pick up the vehicle. Before I was handed the keys the owner and 2 of his employees kept going back to the car looking at it. When the owner did finally hand me the keys he had stated one of the manufactured key was lost and that it came with a manufactured key and and aftermarket key. The aftermarket key was only good for unlocking the door. The manufactured key would start the car. But they weren’t programmed properly. I had a remote start that wouldn’t remote start because of this. The owner stated that I would be able to get a key made for the car for about $30-$40. That wouldn’t be an issue if that were true. When I got in the car and started it up the tire light was flashing. I have been a store manager before at different oil change locations, so I know about preventative maintenance. I already knew because of them messing with the tires to drive the car some to see if the light stays on or goes off so I said nothing  and drove off lot. The tire light never went off and ended up staying a solid light. Not the biggest deal but still very much annoying. The next day I went to work. When I got back in the car after getting off of work I started hearing a loudddddd noise coming from the passenger rear. It was extremely loud even over my music. They were closed when I realized it but still ended up sending a text letting them know what I was experiencing and hearing at the time. They stated they would get with the OWNER and let them know being that the shop was closed tomorrow which would’ve been a Saturday. So Saturday rolls around and still no communication from the owner. By this time the car is not really  trying to start due to the keys. So I decided to start calling around for pricing on the keys. No less then $500 for a key. I ended up going to Honda to see what they would say and it was at least $578 for ONE key. They actually advised to get rid of the aftermarket key. So I called up there they stated owner wasn’t in, by this time frustration has set in and I let them know exactly how I felt. They’re closed on Sundays so here it is Monday reach out to them again and again NO OWNER to be found. By this time the bank has started calling me for my welcome call and to finalize the sale. I was trying to get in touch with owner before accepting this call. At the end of the welcome call the bank asked me was everything ok with the vehicle and i told them all the issues I was experiencing. They stated they couldn’t finalize the deal unless the car was in proper working conditions which I already knew would happen, which is why I was trying to talk to the owner. The next day I call again and still no owner. By this time I was provided a number for the owner and I sent him a text message with no response for 2hours. And the only reason he

The worst experience. Gave them all of my information and told them the situation in advance before I traveled down (5hrs) and it’s almost as if they excluded what they require online for a non- credit check and walked away with no vehicle. Even though I had more than what they were asking for the car. They never called back the way the said they were. I always had to keep calling just for nothing. Not a good place to do business with in my opinion
