Beautiful 1951 Olds Special Trumpet ( Los Angeles)

Beautiful 1951 Olds Los Angeles Special in excellent playing condition with a nice darkened brass lacquer finish with 1 small ding on the top of the bell flair tubing. The serial number is 64965. Valued for craftsmanship and quality materials. It's closely related to the Olds Recording trumpet and sought after by collectors. Features a .460ML bore, 4 3/4" bell, 2 pin valve guides, Rey O Loy leadpipe and bell with higher copper content giving a unique tonal quality. Trombone style lever water keys, , nickel silver trim, balanced valve section inherited from Olds super recording trumpet resulting in smooth and responsive playing, unique ornate crisp bell engraving, the valves are clean, smooth and fast with very good compression. Includes original case in good condition with working latches and a nice cleaned and disinfected Olds 3 mouthpiece in good condition.
