Sectional couch, good condition! Has two seats and two chaises, one on each side. Total of 4 seats, but can fit more than 4 people if needed. We bought it on here a few months ago for $500, unfortunately it isn’t big enough for our family and friends so we got something bigger. There is normal wear, but nothing crazy. We live on the 3rd floor, so you will need help to get it down although it’s pretty light. It is also already taken apart into 3 pieces, since we had our new couch delivered Saturday Non-smoking, pet friendly, and toddler friendly house
