Spotted an 08 Toyota Tundra online and contacted Carwiz. Eron contacted me, and we discussed the details of purchasing the vehicle. He made the process very easy and a week later it's in my driveway in Wichita, Ks. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Eron.

Eron helped us since day one with our purchase. We originally wanted a Mazda, but ended up with an Outback instead. We love it! Eron was patient with us while we took our time with the decision making (weeks). The purchase ran very smoothly for us. He listened to a few of our concerns before the purchase and made sure the car checked out before we left the lot. Thanks for everything!

Never come here!! I didn’t get approved so they didn’t let me test drive the car however I was going to bring someone with good credit but why would I bring someone when I couldn’t even test drive the vehicle made me feel really bad. That’s not good business at all.

UPDATE: After this post the owner has been been harassing me by calls and text to take the review down they threatened to respond to this review badly. Also I got approved at a different dealership with $3k down no need for co-signer but still very disappointing that they would try to force me to remove the review when they have been very unprofessional. Whether I have good or bad credit I still deserve respect. I work with customer as well and I will not treat anyone less due to credit status that is ridiculous. At this point I will have to report it to the better business bureau.

First of all, my name isn’t Vivian.  My name is Priscilla.  Second,  for you guys to be exposing her credit  information on here is wild. You will be hearing from a lawyer soon. And third,  Vivian (my roommate) was going to bring her brother in to co-sign for us and you still denied a test drive. Which makes the assumption that you guys are denying the test drive due to your cars not being in good condition as other reviewers stated.  Glad we didn’t get a car with you, we went somewhere else and got approved.  Thanks for nothing.

Eron was our seller on the lot and he was very helpful and understanding to our needs.  Although he was super busy the day we went in to see our car we never felt forgotten.  Easy to talk to and negotiate with.  Very pleasing experience.  Eron was great.  If I purchase another car I will start at this dealer again.

UPDATE: I know Aidin and all of his colleagues are super busy, so I'm glad that he was able to take some time to reach out. It turns out that the DMV received the order for the front license plate, but for some reason it was lost in the mail or sent to the wrong person. Aidin kindly offered to send me a check to cover the costs for the license plate, which is above and beyond at this point. I know it's challenging running a small business, so I'm glad I'm able to update my review to reflect how amazing this Carwiz team is. Thanks Aidin!

I really want to give a higher rating, but I simply cannot. At first, Aidin was very responsive and helpful when I was interested in a car in February 2025. In person, he was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The test drive was pleasant and the car was great. The car purchase was smooth and fast. It is now June and I'm still waiting for the front plate on the car that he sold me. If Aidin had said it was my responsibility to take care of it, then it wouldn't be a big deal, but he promised to do it and didn't. It's California law to have a front license plate, and I've been at risk of receiving a ticket this whole time. I've been texting regularly, calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails, and trying to get a response, but radio silence. It's a shame. I was waiting for this front license before writing my review, since everything else seemed too good to be true. I'm open to updating my review if the owner or Aidin wants to follow up and keep their promise. Otherwise, I have to conclude that this was a mediocre experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
