Great condition, it's a 4 season unit with 2" insulated aluminum walls, has built-in generator, 40 gal gas tank with hose filler pump, 100 gal fresh water tank, 10 gal water heater, 65 gal grey water tank, 40 gal black tank, 3- auto max fans, 4- batteries, 370 watts of solar on the roof, has a high-pressure water sprayer unit and a built-in air compressor for filling up tires or toys, 2- TV's, rear camera and monitor for your front window, there's carpet that covers the floor when your toys are out, you have 13'4" clear room for a 4 door SXS or other toys, has lockable storage for your guns or whatever your needs, has slideout storage tray, has back patio with awning, has automatic stabilizer jacks, Google the model to see all the specs. This unit new this year cost over $77,000. This is just like new but over $20,000 cheaper. We have had fun with this unit but changing our camping needs. We have just purchased our 3rd Outdoors Rv as we don't think there is a better-made trailer out there made.
