We went in last Saturday after I saw the vehicle that I wanted online. Was greeted by Michael he showed us the vehicle (2017 Jaguar F Pace). Did a test drive, got out the door price that I was more than satisfied with. The vehicle had new tires and a new battery. Went in today, after the store hour, due to 1 1/2 hour travel time. The vehicle was detailed and the sale was final. Looking at another vehicle and once Michael calls me with a good price, I will be back to purchase. Great customer service and Michael is the best. STAY AWAY – BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 from this dealership on March 7, 2025, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Within one week of purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership immediately, and they asked me to bring the car back in. They kept it for four business days and returned it to me claiming the issue was resolved—but nothing had been fixed. The warning light came back on the very next day, along with a coolant warning, stating that the vehicle was overheating to the point where it was undriveable.

When I reached out again, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle at my own expense—despite already having missed work to deal with this issue the week before. They showed no concern for the inconvenience or cost to me. Rather than send it back to them, I had the car inspected at Firestone, where I was told the vehicle had significant coolant issues and needed a tune-up. I paid out-of-pocket to have that work done, but just a week later, the same issues returned.

I contacted the dealership once again (still within two weeks of purchasing the car) and asked if I could return or exchange the vehicle. They refused, saying they do not offer refunds or exchanges. At this point, I had put $6,000 down and still had no working vehicle.

I sought a second opinion from another mechanic who diagnosed a bad engine and stated that coolant was leaking into the cylinder. He reached out to my warranty company, but they refused to authorize repairs unless the engine was broken down first—a huge financial risk since I would be responsible if they later denied the claim.

I then took the car to the Audi dealership, who confirmed the same engine issue. They too contacted the warranty company, but again, were told an inspection would only happen after a teardown, with no guarantee of coverage. I was referred to Eurofed, who also confirmed the diagnosis and received the same unhelpful response from the warranty provider.

Now, just one month after purchasing the vehicle, I am stuck with a car that’s essentially undriveable, still making payments, and have no transportation to get to work. The dealership has offered no support, despite having documented communication with me about the issue less than a week after purchase. I dealt with Kevin, who came across as polite initially, and also spoke with the owner, Mina, who was completely unhelpful.

This experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had as a consumer. Please, do your due diligence before doing business with this dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone and hope this review saves someone else the frustration, time, and financial loss I’ve endured.
