We are on the 3rd floor, but you only need to go up one flight of stairs to access. Plus theres a nice balcony too. The total rent is 2700 so your portion would be 1350 with utilities You get a private bathroom with a full bath, full 5 layer shelving. The bedroom you get Is also private, you get supurb natural lighting, large 9ft by 2 ft ish sized closet for hanging and putting all extra clothing or accessories. My dad aka your future roommate 🙂 39 Latino, speaks Spanish and English, active, social and cleans up his own area. He is single so there shouldnt be anyone’s over frequently other than the occasional visit from his kids. He does work from home a large ammount of the time. Typically is up around 8 AM or so. He also has the sweetessstttt dog anyone can ever ask for, great with dogs as long as they are polite, and even better with cats. She wont really bother you unless you let her haha. Im going to be honest though amazing place amazing unit i love it. BUT if ur a light sleeper or sensitive to noise this may not be for you, the highways close and theres a swarm of hundreds of frogs that sing at night plus owls 🦉 I wish i could keep living there but im a college girl working part time and got a better job opportunity in north seattle.
