Specialty FIG trees

Figs this special cannot be purchased; you have to grow them and enjoy them at their peak off the branch. Once you do, you will never buy another grocery store fig. Prices vary by variety and age of tree. These varieties do well in the PNW but your microclimates and fertilizer schedule also play a critical role in ripening fresh figs before our first frost. Each one has a unique flavor profile, from berries and melons to honey. Grow them in large pots or plant in the ground with 6-8 hours of sun for best results. Pick up near Kirkland Fred Meyer.
