We found the 2025 Tahoe that we were looking for. Our salesman Todd offered if he could help us ( he was not pushy) and he was always polite, patient, and helpful all the way through delivery. His Manager Derek was also very nice to deal wish. Everyone was great to deal with all the way through to their Finance Mgr. They kept their word and always answered us back in a timely manner.  On the day of delivery everything was very smooth.  Todd was very patient with my many questions as he sat and went over options and how everything worked.  We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with.  I would gladly recommend  my friends.

I had a great experience Dilyn did an amazing job. The whole team was awesome. I was greeted right away when I got there made sure I was comfortable and kept me update through out the whole process. Do NOT trust AutoNation Clearwater. This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

I bought a car on March 10. The same day, I noticed chipped paint from the detailing job. On March 31, I brought it back for them to make it right. Instead of a professional repair, they used a paint pen and, unbelievably, the car had been damaged — the front right bumper was crashed while in their care.

We refused to accept the vehicle in that condition. AutoNation agreed to buy the car back and ordered a replacement. It wasn’t an exact match, but we were willing to compromise. But then — they sold the replacement vehicle during transport, before we even saw it.

At that point, we were told we had only two options:
1.    Spend $5,000 more for a different car
2.    Take a refund and start all over again.

After all the time, energy, and stress we invested, these “options” felt like a slap in the face. There was zero accountability, poor communication, and absolutely no sense of customer care.

My salesperson, Matt, tried to help, but the dealership as a whole failed us at every step. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value your time, money, or sanity — go somewhere else.
