X350 John Deere riding mower w/ the 7-bu, 2-bag hopper/bagging assembly and blower shoot attached. We purchased it brand new in the Spring of 2020 from the local John Deere dealer here in Chehalis. Unit has 144hrs on it in new condition. Engine compartment clean and well cared for. Mower has always been under cover in the summer when not in use and it spent every winter inside of a climate controlled shop. It was washed at the end of every summer before being put in the shop. Oil has been changed every year before the first mow. March of ‘25 spring maintenance - installed two brand new high-lift mower blades, installed brand new Deere 12V/330CCA battery, replaced fuel filter, replaced air filter assembly, changed oil & spark plugs. Runs excellent with zero issues. Mower is just a little too small for our property so am upgrading to a larger Deere mower. Comes with two spare belts and John Deere owner’s manual that came with the mower when we bought it. Brand new package from JD today is $5K+ out the door.
