It has a nice dark brown rooftop …pictures available..just ask… I was building a room but am moving instead…. First come first serve…. Holes are drilled for electrical wiring.. There are some electrical sockets, 2 brown cabinets and some wiring included. Take it as is or take it apart for transfer… Must have tools to come take it apart. It has been put together with nails from home depot and some screws so it will be easy to take apart. Must have a truck to load it and take it away bring help. I have some dry wall puddy and some insulation to go with it for free if interested. Serious inquiries only pick west ave A between Ave I and Rosamond Ca . … make me an offer.
