Moved and do not need it at my new place since it already has AC. This unit sells for $540 new and has served me great over the past year. App-controlled, so you can turn it on before you get home and walk into a cool space. Easy to install, quiet, and energy efficient. 12kBTU this makes 800sqft ICE COLD. In storage , -150$ for a 540$ AC unit! Want it gone , but got space for it too so don’t low ball. Its out of season so little demand and the 150 price reflects that, Get it out of season for this super low price, price will be adjusted to 300$ as spring and summer demand ticks up as I know this will sell for that when things start to get hot. Super cold at 12k BTU
