Bought a grand caravan.  They gave me a pretty good deal.  When I got it home I realized that it didn't have the right seats in it. And everything went downhill from there.  Engine light comes on.  Told me to take it to iron auto, which is also owned by Arion.  I've had this car for approximately a month. And while they have fixed a few problems, they did put a used transmission in it.  Not exactly sure what all they have fixed because they would not give me any repair paperwork.  I have had it at the shop at least 6 times.  I took it to a different shop and had the Thermostat changed.  Only to have the engine light come back on.  Took it back and was told that the engine light will continue to come on until the lifters are replaced, head work done.  Basically a new engine.  Arion refused to give me my money back after 1 week.  I am sure they knew all along that the car  was no good.  They repaired small things until I have no recourse.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ARION CAR SALES TO ANYONE.  I WAS KNOWINGLY SOLD A LEMON. And I still haven't gotten my permanent plate.

As I've read in other testimonials, there was a lack of transparency with the salesman Matheus and the Arion Car Sales team because when they sell you the car, they say that all costs are included in the financing, but I was surprised to find out that I have to pay more than $500 dollars for the permanent license plate. They deceive you at the time of sale and then don't keep their word. I don't recommend anyone buying there because they are not transparent in the negotiation.
