Will include throw pillows for free if desired! Bed width: 39 3/8”, Bed length: 74 3/4" Folds down to a bed or works great as a standard couch. Steel legs and 100% polyester fabric - very sturdy and has worked fantastically for 4 years. Some minor surface stains, and small defects in the stitching, but no major damage (pictured). Cat in the home, but no scratches and fabric frequently cleaned. Great deal on a very useful futon, would be great in a dorm room, den, or even as the centerpiece of a living room. Comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Must pick up (likely need a truck) in Medical District Dallas (75235), I can help with carrying.
