Very comfortable couch. About 3 years old. There's a fold out queen sized mattress bed underneath that we rarely used. Washable bottom cushion covers. One small dog at home. Just in case you're allergic. But well maintained. Please bring your own vehicle to pick up couch. Able to negotiate but be reasonable. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Pick up in Lynnwood
