This price is not NEGOTIABLE, no leaks, comes with stabilizer bars portable waste tank and all the accessories including all 30 amp connection. Lengfh 21 ft sleep six people freshwater tank 27 gallons and blackwater tanks 27 gallons. Stove operate on butane, electric AC unit. Spare tire included & butane tank., and it comes with Zap Solar plugs built in on the camper. Many accessories... The only reason I'm selling this camper is because it's very difficult for me to get in and out in a wheelchair.
