Tuff cuff handcuffs. For serious collectors, this pair is very desirable. This model was discontinued by manufacturer a few years ago and is rarely available online. They include a special pivot design within the middle of one of the cuffs that allow them to be turned after applied to ensure maximum restrictions on any sort of movement and do not turn back . Unless you take them off and reset them by turning them back to a flat position. Keyholes on both sides. Cuffs were never used and have been kept well oiled, I am selling these with 3 keys. + A brand new . Discontinued pair of safariland blue handcuffs, people may know these as hiatt handcuffs (same design) that are virtually impossible to get . 2 keys come with it 5 total ! Warning - these cuffs are VERY strong and being they have the special function of gyrating Misuse of these can result in serious arm damage.
