Description

Length is 87 inches and it is approximately 54 inches wide. When folded out it is about the size of a full size bed. This futon has been used on an outdoor covered patio and has wear. The mattress was always kept covered by a pad and a sheet so other than regular use it is in pretty good shape. You will need a truck to transport due to the size.
