I bought this new in 2022. I picked this unit up in Illinois just so I could have factory installed AC unit and not have a dealer install one here in Buffalo. This unit is perfect and has been used 6 times. So it's spotless. It has been garage kept when not in use the entire time. 2 propane tanks, hot water tank has always been flushed, has an outside shower, both mattresses are heated, comes with stock griddle that attaches to the outside for cooking, this towes easily with most SUV's and all pick up trucks. The awning is new never even opened up yet as I always have used my 10x10 pop up canpopy. Will through in the extras I have for it.
