Vocic Motor Scooter model# W3431Q Black and silver. It comes with keys and a wall charger. Works in perfect condition. The only piece missing is the front basket. Although there is a mount for a front basket if you want to add one. The steering wheel and seat fold down for easy storage. There are no arms. The weight limit is 254 lbs. Max speed is 6 km/h. It does not have arms, but the seat does turn to easily get off of it by the side and even the back. It beeps when backing up for safety. Also has front lights and horn. As well as a reflector on the back. I'm not sure how old the battery is, but it fully charges and maintains a charge for a few days. Cash only because I've been ripped off with PayPal and Venmo before. Either by fees or someone purchasing something from me and then disputing it with PayPal or Venmo to get the item for free when the payment is deducted back from my account. $500 price is firm.
