This has been well loved and works perfectly. All the action is as it should be and has been tuned regularly. (When people say the piano has “barely been used” as a marketing perspective, that’s actually not a good thing. You want a piano that’s been used regularly!) It’s located at 60 and Greenfield in Mesa. I hate to part with it but I already have a grand piano (also Kawai) so that should be enough for me. PS if you’re wondering about moving costs, it is exactly $180 so a great cost. I can tell you my recommended piano mover. At Greenfield and 60 in Mesa.
