This is a one of kind 35th Anniversary 1988 Corvette with 27K original miles. Just look at the picture for the condition and below for the work that went into this beast. 431 cid (7.1) small block Chevy engine. Block 4.125 Brodix Block deck hight at 9.020. Line bored Block bored to .030 for 4.155 bore size. 4.155 bore 4.00 stroke =434 cid (7.1L) Block cleared for 4” stroker crankshaft and 6” rods. Forged Piston cc’s 4.8 flat top with Compression height of 1.015. Static compression set at 10.8:1 ratio. Dynamic compression set at 8.5:1 Total Seal performance piston rings package. Pistón rings: .026 end gap top and second rings. Eagle 4.00” stroke internally balance crankshaft. Bob eight set at 1860grams. Eagle 4340 6” (H)beam connecting rods with brass bushings for full floating pistons and spiro locks. Rotating assembly balanced at 1870 grams bob weight. Hi volume / hi pressure Morosso oil pump. 8 qts. Morosso oil pan. Cloyds adjustable timing gears and chain. Custom grind Competition Cams, small base circle 627 / 638 lift 240 / 248 duration @ .050. 113 lobe separation. IVC 53 Crower +.300 hydraulic roller lifters. ARP head stud kit. Brodix 225 Dragon Slayer heads, 68cc combustion chamber, 2.08 / 1.60 valves, .700 lift valve springs. CompCams 1.65:1 roller rocker arms. .062 cooper head gasket. Chromolly push rods. Fabricated aluminum valve covers. SFI approved harmonic balancer. ARP harmonic balancer bolt. JW SFI approved flex plate. ARP flex plate bolts. Holley Terminator x max engine management. Msd 6 EFI ignition module Msd 6 EFI coil 8mm Msd spark plug wires Short neck water pump 0-100 fuel pressure transducer 0-100 oil pressure transducer 160 degrees thermostat Hooker Competition headers with V band connectors. Ngk spark plugs BKR5E Serpentine belt Dayco (contact info removed). 4 row aluminum radiator Cooling Fan turn on at 500 rpm’s and stay on. Dual Red Horse performance 340 LPH high flow fuel pump. -8 an fuel feed hose and filter. Threadstone hoses and fittings. Home made engine breather / oil catch can. Engine/ transmission oil cooler. Fan turn on when engine runs. Not during cranking. Engine oil filter adapter installed. Intake manifold modified to allow coolant from back and center of motor exit easier. Headers and exhaust system finished with ceramic coating. Install rap on headers to eliminate excessive heat radiation inside engine bay. Transmission remove and reinstalled. (factory 700r4) Transmission rebuild with high performance internals by Freddy at trans tech. PTC 2(contact info removed) hundred rpm torque converter. New speedo gears for proper speed reading installed. 17/44 for 3.73:1 diff gear ratio. Differential remove Dana 36 (2.49 gears) rebuild and install Dana 44 (3.73 gears) New drive shaft u-joint. Dana 44 drive shaft an “c” channel. (3.73 gears) with all new bearings, races and seals. 3” Exhaust system. Basic street tuning on e85 for cooler engine temp. On base tune the car made 426 hp and 545 torque. I have pictures of all work and videos of the dyno runs that I can send to perspective buyer.
