I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. I was in the market for a Volkswagen Atlas and had the pleasure of working with Stephen. From the start, he was an absolute blessing—he listened to my situation, understood my needs, and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

All the way through the purchase process I received great communication by email, text, phone and finally in person. My mom purchased a Volkswagen out of state and used this dealership to be her service site. Since then, she has complained numerous times about the service and the lack of communication within this dealership.

The most recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with the service center. They send you a tracker link to view your status of your car and when it is getting worked on but it’s not accurate by any means and depends on if the service center to update it. My mom’s car was dropped off Wednesday for an appointment. Work was supposed to be completed that day but I received 2 text messages stating they had to install a new part so it would be replaced by later Thursday. Thursday came and went, the link they provided was not updated nor a call/text sent to state the vehicle was ready or that they would need to hold it longer. I called Friday morning to inquire and was told it was completed Thursday.

I did not received a call, a text message and the tracker was not updated. It is not hard to call or text a customer to update them on the status of their vehicle! Every other dealership has this figured out except VW of puyallup. Best advice is to find a better dealership, it will be worth the drive for better service!
