Brand new, is included along with a water tank Yes the lower side is unfinished, I had plans to build in a seating bench with cooler storage underneath, but never got around to it, just used it as is Lots of extras included Has 360k , but runs absolutely great,m. AC blows cold. All coolant hoses/pumps and fan clutch have been changed in the last year. Has been well maintained-good brakes tires, shifts great. Cruises down the road awesome. Bed platform is 3 pieces and removable for versatility.
