1998 Honda Cr-v

I have a red 1998 Honda CRV. It has an automatic transmission, and 301k miles. I put the plates from it, on my new car, so you will need a trip permit! Mechanics Special! The Good: -CLEAN TITLE! -Runs AND drives! -New tires last year, and haven't gone on any long road trips or anything. -New brakes last year as well -4WD FOR WINTER, FOLKS!! -Fuel filter changed in the last two years. -Regular oil changes. -All speakers seem to work and stereo is aftermarket, which I think is a plus. Sounds great. -Has the little table in the trunk, that CRV's are known for!! The Bad: -It's starting to not want to accelerate as quickly, when I push on the gas. I'm not a mechanic, so? -It seems to be skipping gears. Not sure if that's the timing belt? -Dash is missing the bolts, so not put together, but still have the dash in the back. -Speedometer is broken. -Not the cleanest. Bluebook in FAIR condition is $2200, so I'm asking a fair price.
