Comes with box, but no book. Doll is in like new condition, with full standard costume: hair clip, dress, bloomers, leggings, and boots. The hair net was removed when the doll was purchased, so there is light jostling of the curls from being in the box, but the doll was never played with, so everything else is pristine.
