Description
Matao MW30 dreadnought, which is a beautiful copy of a late 40s early 50s Martin D28. (Binding around headstock done by Martin for only 4 or 5 years in this period) Has a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides, rosewood fingerboard in perfect condition and very nice binding and rosette. Sealed USA made Grover tuning machines. Has a brand new saddle installed and action set to D28 specs, by Portland Fretworks. Brand new D'Adarrio EXP-16 phosphor bronze strings. It sound incedible and plays very easily. Comes with a very good condition TKL hard shell case shown in pic. The "lawsuit"era guitars like these sell online for $300 to as much as $1500. I have mine towards the middle and down a bit due to a few small scuffs on the top. No cracks or repaired cracks, and neck is straight. The entire guitar is in great shape. Asking $495.....obo...make an offer. I would consider trade for a decent solid top w/ mahogany body dreadnought only.
