Nice Vintage Sherwood S7100a Receiver

For sale is a Sherwood S7100A Receiver, circa 1972. You may know Sherwood from their highly regarded tube amplifiers and receivers (they are generally considered competitive with Fisher, Scott, Dynaco, Eico, and other top tube era gear). This is a relatively early solid state receiver, but maybe because of their experience making tube gear has a lot of that warm vintage luscious tube sound. I knew that these had quite a following amongst folks on audiokarma and similar sites and sought one out, being drawn to all the great reviews and the fact that Sherwood was based here in Chicago.
