Santana is world-renowned for building some of the best-handling, highest-quality tandems. The bike is outfitted with high-quality, durable vintage components built to handle tandem riding. It has been well cared for and is in great mechanical shape. Key Specs & Components: • Drivetrain: Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur paired with a triple chainring setup (perfect for climbing hills) • Hubs & Wheels: Brand new front wheel build featuring a fresh rim and a new, period-correct Sansin Sealed Bearing System high-flange tandem hub (the exact heavy-duty hub type used originally by Santana).
