46' Fabricated Aluminum House Boat Pontoon Damaged

One fabricated pontoon approx 46’ out of ⅛” thick aluminum. Approx 32.75” wide by 34.5” tall. Each section is sealed and pressure tested individually. Each section has a full sealed bulkhead offset from the section weld seam, as well as a partial bulkhead to reinforce the opposite side of the weld seam. Each section weld seam is fully welded inside and out. Each section has one 1” threaded inspection port including a sch80 PVC plug. Two 4”x6” magnesium anodes are bolted to the pontoon to protect against electrolysis. One toward the bow and one on the stern(two total) The pontoon has no damaged interior bulkheads and every compartment is sealed from one another. The damage did not breach the inside. We had this pontoon made for our houseboat by Alumipro Fabrication in May 2023. In December of 2024 there was a storm and a line broke and another houseboat lodged against our boat and damaged the pontoon. We had it taken out of the lake last week and had a new pontoon installed. This pontoon is useable and repairable. Transport could be arranged through Alumipro Fabrication. We need to have to pontoon moved by next week $3,200 OBO
