I can’t say enough good things about The Used Car Factory and especially Ky! He was an absolute rockstar he helped me snag a great car, got me a cosigner when I needed it, and had me driving off the lot the very same day. If you’re looking for top notch service and the friendliest help around, go see Ky. You won’t regret it!

I was having a very difficult time finding a car for my son. I finally found The Used Car Factory. I went to see a car in particular, but when I drove it I changed my mind. Ky was my sales representative and he helped me looking for other options. He did such a great job until he finally showed me the perfect car for my son! Ky and everyone else there are so nice and friendly.
There was a misunderstanding about the invoice, but Nisho took the situation very seriously and he made all possible to clear the situation with me in a very kind and calm manner. He worked with me to find a solution, and I just can say that I am very pleased with my purchase, for the way he manage his business; and for how all of them know how to do the job and treat their customers.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for any car, they have a huge selection!
