Aristotle Bike by Republic Bikes (Fixie/Single-speed)

Selling a used all black fixie/single-speed road bike by Republic Bikes. This bike is in good condition and would be great for someone looking for something simple and easy to maintain. Lightweight and ready to ride it is ideal for short commutes or anyone looking to do some casual weekend social rides. Has most of the original components but with a few upgrades (the handlebar, Pedals, and brakes, are newer and different brands. Much better quality than the stock parts that came with bike originally). Must be able to pick up. I do not have a bike rack at the moment and cannot travel with the bike in my car. See details below for some specifications: Bike Brand: Republic Bikes Model: Aristotle Fixie Frame: Large all black frame (59' cm) for persons sizes 5'8"- 6"+ tall. (Not ideal for shorter heights) Fully tig welded steel frame with track style rear drop-outs (120mm). No braze-ons, cable guides or cable stops. Assembled weight: 26-28 lbs. Tires: 700C x 22/23C (100psi) nylon road race tires.  Wheels: 700C 32-spoke, 43mm deep section alloy rims on large flange alloy hubs. Nutted axles on both front and rear hubs.(Note: not quick release, needs wrench to get tires off). Hub: Gold flip-flop hub for (fixed/or free) riding. Allows you to easily switch between a fixie or single-speed for coasting. Handlebar: I Added new Bontrager wide drop bars with black grip tape recently. I have the original flat Riser and will include in sale of bike, so you can switch them out if you prefer that style of riding. (See pictures). Pedals: I added the versatile Shimano SPD Dual Platform Pedals (A530).
