This is a premium, German-engineered stand used by pros for its stability and build quality. I'm selling because I bought two brand new ones I use in my studio and don't need this one anymore. Condition: Base stand: road-worn but solid 2nd tier: good shape 3rd tier: newer, but missing one screw (easy fix with standard hardware or K&M replacement) This setup retails for nearly $700 new.
