Well loved sturdy wooden KidKraft “So chic dollhouse”. 46” 1/4in from the floor to the peak of the roof, 32 1/2inL x 25inW. It has a rolling base so it can be rotated and moved easily, even on carpet. 3 floors, 10 rooms and 360 degrees of open access to any room from any angle so multiple kiddos can reach any part of the house at the same time. Perfect for 12 inch dolls. Comes with 30 of the original 46 accessory pieces ranging from fair to excellent condition. Some of the doll furniture with cloth does contain stains as well as scuffs and scratches. The dollhouse itself also has scuffs and scrapes, the flooring and wallpaper of the house has torn off in some places. More noticeably in the main purple room on the second floor and the pink room on the third floor of the house. The wooden frame and roof of the dollhouse are very sturdy and the wheels are still in great condition. Asking $40 obo. Only serious Inquiries will be entertained.
