Probably has been used 3 times. A great ladder, just haven’t had the need for it. A little dirty from being stored in my shed but essentially new. Air deck still has plastic on it and has never been used but needs a good rince. See pictures for quality. If the item is still posted it’s still available so please don’t ask if it’s available (and then don’t respond as I get 10-15 of those messages per item per week). Sorry but I will not take the time to respond to the question of availability. If you can find this version it sells for $450 new.
