Description
Hi! We have here for sale the largest houseboat you can legally pull anywhere without permits!! This is not your run-of-the-mill old outdated Myacht. She is a very solid boat that was stored under cover most of her life. Her interior has been updated and has such a nice vibe to her. :) Length is 35' and width is 8.5'. If you are new to "Trailerable" Houseboats, you may not be aware of the fact that the market is much stronger on them than larger, non-trailerable boats. Many boats do not have trailers and are very expensive to have then transported. For this reason, and the fact that there are fewer and fewer manufactures of smaller houseboats that are trailerable, these boats have become hard to find, especially ones that are in good shape with good trailers included. I will now list some of the things that we think make her wonderful!!! But first, I can't go without mentioning how great it is to have a real dedicated bathroom!! lol! And although small, having the ability to take a shower with fresh water is the bestest feeling at the end of your day!! * New interior vinyl flooring and high-end pontoon decking on outside patios. * The old, very small under-the-counter refridgerator is now a new 10 cf Norcold 12 volt RV fridge! * A new induction stove, microwave, countertop with stainless steel sink, and a new faucet. * All new LED lighting with several brightness levels as well as color settings. * The new TV is smart, so you can watch your favorite movies mirrored off your phone or through wi-fi! * JVC Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. * Remote spotlight and docking lights. * The brand new 5000-watt Preditor generator with a remote start and inverter will easily run the air conditioning while you're away from the dock. Our last boat was a 38' SeaRay with twin 454s. The fuel consumption was 1/2 mpg. (Yes! One HALF MILE per gallon). Compare that to the 7-8 mpg. we get with this houseboat with a single (easy to maintain) outboard. So, yes, you can buy bigger boats cheaper, but there are good reasons for that. She comes with a 2019 Trail-Rite trailer and pulls like a dream and is like new. Her engine is a 2006 115 Mercury four-stroke and was just serviced. She looks and runs like new with only 200 hours on it. Use as a camper or boat as it is fully self-contained with black and grey water tanks and air conditioning works on land or water! Also, there's nothing quite like sitting back in your chair on the top deck enjoying some morning coffee, sun bathing in the afternoon, or sipping a cocktail watching the sunset, not to mention all the beauty surrounding you. Our houseboat is located in Lake Havasu, AZ. With a deposit, we can deliver for $3.00 a mile. We pull it with a 3/4 ton Dodge 2500 Cummins. I would suggest a big block or deisel for extended highway travel. Thanks for looking!
