Joe gave me a quote today 1/23/26 on the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with VIN# 1C4RJFCTXCC213862, and after I received the quote and started the process with my back, he called back to raise the price because "the other guy" said the price was too low. The car has suspension error codes, a leak in the suspension, a rack and pinion leak, faulty motion sensors, unkept interior seats and dashboard, and the controls in the control center to adjust the suspension do not work, and an oil dip stick that is not for this vehicle. They know of these issues, and will not fix them, and are just looking for someone to scam. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Yusuf was a really good & honest guy but this review is going to be entirely for Saeda. She was very easy to speak with & absolutely patient during the entire process. I couldn’t ask for better. If you do get an opportunity to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, ask for her. I definitely will again.

Not even a month after check engine light went on.  I had to replace brakes and oil since they do none of that. I asked for a warranty only to know that they never added it so I'm out whatever it's going to cost to fix. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I let my salesperson know and he said that they have mechanics and could possibly do it cheaper.
