New, never as delivered. Comes with oem upper latch. Has a few chips from shipping that need fixing. Hood was over $900. This 87-93 Stormin' Norman Mustang hood features pre-cut front air ducts to allow cool air in and screened rear air vents to allow hot air out. Designed in conjunction with the late Stormin Norman, the innovator of the Fox body. The Stormin' Norman hood is made out of fiberglass, and includes steel reinforcements to add durability. The underside is fully finished liner that can be painted for a show quality appearance. The Ram Air Hood bolts on utilizing OEM hood hinges, latch and hardware. The hood includes an instruction sheet Specs: cowl Lift: 2-1/2"
