2001 Jayco Kiwi 21c hybrid travel trailer. Trailer is 23’ in length and 7’6” width. 3270 pounds dry weight. Trailer has been used and loved over the past few years. Trailer has new axels/brakes installed shortly after purchase (3k$), wheels and tires put on within the past two years. All appliances are functioning when plugged into shoreline. Solar on the roof charges battery and allows to run all interior lights, water pump and heater (along with propane). Norcold refrigerator/freezer runs off propane or electricity. Front bed was taken apart and repaired after leak found in it approximately 3 years ago. Negatives: - Previous owner did not disclose water damage that was not visible upon purchase. Wood on interior/passenger rear has previous water damage (never an issue when camping in no rain) - Appears to be water damage on interior of bathroom ceiling - Tree branch puncture/ repair on the driver side rear All in all, trailer has been a blast to camp in, regardless of its issues. Trailer is covered with a tarp over the past two winters and if planning to camp in inclement weather, I recommend caulking on roof edges be redone. Please don’t reach out and ask if trailer is pristine or has issues that were already noted. Still has a lot of life and mild exterior repairs will give you another 10 years of fun. Pictures show actual condition of trailer and I personally don’t have time to waste for viewings if not actually interested.
