If the unit sounds loud in the video, it's just the mic on my phone. I would mention in the description if it was louder than a normal AC unit. This item was part of a pallet purchase. This item has been removed from the box to inspect for flaws and to test. The unit works as designed. I cycled through all of the modes and other functions with no issues getting cold air. It comes with everything that is supposed to be in the box except for the wing nut for the window kit. I will put a wing nut in the box but it’s a little too small so I added a piece of metal to make it work. You can also buy them at any hardware store if you want to get one that is the exact fit.
