I have called the number listed below two weeks ago and have NOT heard back from anyone.  Please let me know who to specifically to ask for to hopefully get some answers.

I thought I was doing something good when purchasing a warranty for corrosion on my new explorer. However, I am having issues with rust and the paint is now bubbling and of course the warranty is not covering the issues. Don’t waste your money on your purchasing!!!

I have called the number that you said and yet to have hear back from anyone.  Please let me know who to ask for, so I can call and get some answers.

I had an appointment for 8:15 on Friday May 2.  I brought the vehicle in at 8:15 for 2 reasons: one, a random air bag light, and two, a random whining sound from the front end.  The service writer checked me in and said she would call when she heard something.  I did not hear anything at all on Friday.  I went into the shop at about 10:00 on Saturday.  The service writer went back to check with the mechanic.  She was gone for several minutes and came back to say that the mechanic took the car for a test ride and did not hear anything.  I offered to go out with the mechanic.  We did and we did not hear the noise.  There is definitely a noise, but I said to just go ahead and take care of the random air bag light.  The mechanic said I should hear something by the end of the day Saturday.  I did not hear anything at all Saturday. I waited until 1:50 on Monday and still had not heard anything, so I called. I was told the service writer who I was working with was not there on Monday so another service writer would check on it and call me.  I did not hear anything for an hour and a half, so I called again and got a service writer who checked and said the mechanic who was working on it was not there on Monday, so it was given to another mechanic who had not diagnosed the problem yet.  At that point I could not wait any longer, so I went into the shop and picked up my car with nothing done for 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday).  I think since I had an appointment, and the issue, a random air bag light, is not a terribly complex one, 3 days is too long for a diagnosis. And the main problem I have is several promises that someone would call me and I got no phone calls for the entire 3 days.  Had I not picked up my car, I have no idea when, if ever, anyone would have called me.
