I usually don’t leave reviews but this place and the staff definitely stands out. So this review is long over due. Rachel at the front desk is very knowledgeable and kind. The gentleman at the counter (not sure of his name) was also nice. They took great care of my vehicle and at very fair price. They definitely make you feel at ease and comfortable about car repairs as I do not know much about cars. I felt it was easy to ask questions and was explained everything thoroughly.

Exceptional customer service and car service! Very knowledgeable technicians. Wonderful front office team, who are kind, funny, and welcoming. They explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and made the proper fixes without overpricing. This is a great family owned shop with great honest work that they stand behind. Definitely recommend Rolando’s!

Anish and the crew were outstanding today!  I had no choice but to drop my truck off at 1:00 pm after hearing some knocking and noise near my front drivers side wheel.  I figured that late in day they will need to have car thru the next day so I rented a car to get me home that night.  Well, Anish calls me 3 hours later and says a new wheel bearing has been installed and I can come get the truck!  WOW!
I have been coming here and very happy for several years but  this quick turnaround was awesome!  Thanks Rolando's!

Stopped in for a tire repair and they quickly helped me get back on the road. Rachel was very helpful and so was Anish. Great coffee and clean waiting area. Thanks again Rachel for such wonderful service. I will definitely be back for service.

I would leave a negative star review if I could. I guess they earned one star for squeezing me in when they were really busy. My car died in the middle of an intersection downtown so I was in a panic and they swooped in to take advantage. I was telling them about how I just had my femur broke in half to be fixed so I was in a rough spot financially and they said they would help me out. Well they even charged me an additional 33 dollars just to charge my battery for a couple minutes. They charged me 300 dollars for a rebuilt alternator which is more than a brand new one costs. They also never told me that we're putting in a rebuilt one instead of a new one. They charged me 82.50 for an assessment that included writing down what I told them had happened. I have really been struggling to keep my head above water and they really made a bad situation much worse. They were really busy and did get me in so that I was able to drive home that day. They acted really friendly and pretended to give me a discount but really just shamefully took advantage of me when I needed help. I paid $730.00 for something that on the very high end should be $400 tops
