Wonderful piano. Barely used. Owned by a reliable piano tech. A great price for an almost new piano. And, it has a humidity control system factory installed: easily worth $1000 at today's prices. New U1s retail up to $14,600. They're the most sought after upright piano for study and investment. My price is very, very fair considering the volume of old rebuilt U1s that are over 50yos old.
