Description
This is a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ unlimited, commonly known as the Jeep LJ (Long Jeep) not rare but uncommon and considered that last true Jeep. This was my daily driver until recently and has several improvements, upgrades, new parts and a rebuilt transmission with less than 5k miles on this. The Jeep has 186k miles but is in great shape. I have upgraded anything on this Jeep to make it true a daily driver as well as a light hull vehicle. This jeep has had every fluid changed (trans, oil, transfer case and both rear and front diffs), every sensor replaced and sports an upgraded ECU which was rebuilt to last improving the original flawed ECU. The AC compressor was replaced along with all the hoses, dryer and condenser along with insulating the return line for the compressor. There’s a new alternator on it along with a completely newly built front end with all new bushings, tie, rods, and steering stabilizer. New radiator and all new radiator hose. The interior was also redone with new carpeting and insulation underneath along with top-of-the-line seat covers, and floor mats. Head unit was upgraded to a JVC double din touchscreen that has Apple CarPlay. The Jeeps sports an aftermarket hard top and has 5 brand new 31” r15 BF Goodrich, KO 2 tires with less than 5k on them and sits on a 2” lift with aftermarket ranchero shocks and spring and has aftermarket swaybar disconnects. Has a backup camera and a trailer hitch is this Jeep is rated to tow 3500 pounds. I also have a stack of other improvements that I did not get to do… but will come with the Jeep in a few boxes. Front Moog ball joints, 1” body mount bushings, transmission cooler, as well as additional insulation for the roof of the hard top. I also have all the hardware need to convert back to a soft top if wanted except the actual soft top. The fog lights were upgraded to KC lights and the headlights and battery are very new. The only issue right now is that the blower for AC needs to be replaced, it’s not an expensive fix and somewhere in the 800$ range, and the head liner is sagging. The Jeep has only 2 minor rust spots on the hood, has original red pinstriping down the sides and on the hood and has metal plates on the quarter panels I have upgraded everything on this Jeep to make it true a daily driver as well as a light hull vehicle. The fog lights were upgraded to KC lights and the headlights and battery are very new and I fixed the gas refill overflow issue so that you don’t need to worry about pumping gas into your Jeep LJ. The only issue right now is that the blower for use AC needs to be replaced, it’s not an expensive fix and somewhere in the (contact info removed) range and the head liner is sagging. The Jeep has to minor rust spots on the hood, has original red pinstriping down the sides and on the hood and has metal plates on the back quarter panels. Overall, the exterior is in pretty good shape with just a 2 minor rust spots on the hood. Let it be known I love this Jeep and I don’t really need to sell it, I need the space to accommodate kids who have there own cars now so I’ve decided to let it go and move on. Hopefully it goes to another Jeep lover because it has a lot of potential. I will ignore low ball offers, but I will entertain all reasonable offers. If you have question just message me and I’ll answer them. If you want better pictures just ask.
