Vintage Simco 8600 Western Pleasure Saddle - obo - $500 (Lake Stevens) 500 OBO I am not sure of the year but appears it could be anywhere from 60's to 80's, can't find the exact model online to be able to accurately date it and the company was bought out in the 80's. The model number is 8600 when Simco was still in business and this has a low saddle number # 2486. I have been told by a very experienced Tac dealer that this saddle is in excellent shape. The tree is good, sturdy, not warped or worn. Seat measures 15 to 15 1/2 inches and I believe the gullet was around 8 (I can remeasure), I was told when I had someone look at it, that it had a wide gullet. It is a beautifully adorned saddle with Acorns and Oak Leaves carved in the leather as well as some silver Conchos. There are no rips or tears and the stirrups are made of wood and steal. I do have a saddle pad as well that I can include if paying full price.
